Steep staircase challenges!!! Poor maintenance of facilities with broken fixtures!!! Lack of hot water and unreliable Wi-Fi connectivity create major inconveniences for guests!!! Rooms need thorough cleaning and proper amenities for a better experience!!!

what a disappointment this hotel was. I had to climb narrow stairs with my luggage, how quaint, yet unpleasant. I almost gave a good review but couldn’t— I expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles. Staying here felt like a chore, not a getaway.

Oh, the foodie delights in Delft! I indulged in superb Italian grub—definitely hit up Matties for an amazing pasta experience! Oh, and breakfast each morning was mouthwatering, with ample choices to fuel your adventures. The rooftop view was an absolute game-changer!

Now, on to the more dodgy bits. My Comfort Double Room was in an annex building, where the window didn’t open and the air had a weird smell. Drunk revelers partied on the streets till 2 AM, making sleep a challenge.

Comfortable beds and great air conditioning, but noisy neighbors disrupted sleep at night.

It was just a fine choice for a short staycation in Delft with fantastic value. The room had beautiful views of the canal and bridge, making our stay special. Watch out for steep stairs if you're on the upper floors.

Perfectly located near the station, with a charming atmosphere and fantastic breakfast options. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, making for a delightful experience.

Had a lovely two-night stay with a cozy room, and the bathtub was such a treat after a day of exploring. The hotel had a beautiful terrace to relax and a quiet lounge area for unwinding. Just a heads-up, the stairs are pretty steep, so keep that in mind if you have heavy luggage! 😊

The hotel's ambiance is delightful, highlighted by its authentic Dutch architecture. I enjoyed the breakfast selection, which offered a pleasant start to my day. The city view was beautiful, providing a lovely backdrop to my stay.

Had a fantastic stay with friends! We explored the nearby canal and enjoyed the local cafes. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the train station. The staff were friendly and even helped carry our luggage. Don't miss the breakfast across the bridge. it was better than we expected!
